Things to prepare

• mixer

• tall glass

• Honey with Lime Concentrate Phungyim 1 oz.

• Passion Fruit Honey Concentrated, Phungyim 1 oz.

• Ice about 200g. Small pieces for blending.

• 1 passion fruit

• A bit plain water

Method

Bring honey mix lemon 1 oz, honey mix passion fruit 1 oz, a half piece of passion fruit and ice into a mixer until texture fine then pour into a glass, put passion fruit and pandan leaves to decorate the glass then ready to serve.

Menu Honey Plum Soda Phungyim

Things to prepare

• Tall glass

• About 1 glass of ice

• 1 bottle of soda

• Concentrated Plum Honey 2 tbsp.

Method

Put ice in glass Then pour some soda into the glass. Add 2 tablespoons of Concentrated Plum Honey, Phungyim. Stir well and ready to serve.

In addition, we can add fresh mint leaves and parsley leaves to add flavor to the drink.

Menu Orange Phungyim & Sprite

Things to prepare

• Concentrated Orange Honey, Phungyim 1 oz.

• 1 glass of ice

• Tall glass

Method

Take 1 ounce of Honey Orange Phungyim, add ice, followed by Spice until the glass is full. This is ready to serve.

Followed by Sprite until the glass is full. 

Coffee with Honey and Passion Fruit Phungyim

Things to prepare

• 1 ounce freshly roasted coffee

• Passion Fruit concentrate honey 1 oz.

• 1 glass of ice

Method

Provide 1 ounce freshly roasted coffee. Pour passion fruit honey concentrate drink Phungyim 1 oz, mix with a little hot water. Pour over the prepared ice. Pour more ice onto the top layer. Pour 1 shot of roasted coffee prepared on top. ready to serve.
